" Sir, the snake doesn’t come on its own; it was a strategic move. The idea was: we’ll place a snake in the room; then we’ll call a snake charmer. The snake charmer will make the snake dance with its melodious tune. Media will shoot all of this; and report like “Here is the country of snake charmers”. Believe me; most of the developed countries still call India, “the country of snake charmers”. So all this effort was to please them."
